depends just _how_ hard ...
hey, you havent managed to get any compressor maps etc for the SC12 have you? I cant seem to find any data on it.
On my twincharge system, what I really want to do is have it at peak efficiency at around 4k (or wherever the turbo comes in at equal boost i have yet to ... which determine as i dont have the turbo ... ) before i disengage the clutch, open the bypass valve, and let the turbo take over.
I want to produce as much boost as possible without increasing the temperature of the intake charge above that at which the turbo will. Otherwise, i think the transition could be a little bumpy.
I could do it trial-by-error, but i would prefer to get the shaftspeed right first time, as getting pullys for my application is probably going to suck my wallet dry.
It will take a bit of a fiddle, but i reckon twincharge will rawk when i'm finished.
(oh, btw: im still on step -4 (engine isnt built))
