Fri, 13 June 2003 13:26 actually - just read the post if you can find a hole in the ford block (that communicates with a top end water gallery) with the correct thread to accept the temp sender from the original 5m-e just lob it in. if it doesnt fit however, adapters are available (maybe earls? - anyone). remeber, the 'correct' operating temps may differ slightly, so keep this in mind when reading the gauge. as for the tacho - wont work - supra elec tach is calibrated for a 6cyl - not 8. may be a way to fudge somthing into the setup, but i doubt it. new tach required you get good answers when you ask reasonable questions huh ed [Report message to a moderator]
