Isn't there one with a cross pattern, and another with a type of snowflake jargon type pattern? (this one has the cross if it helps anyone) From what ive read they all have forgies of some description and the fat bastard conrods and steel crank are the same across the range. Same with the reinforced block and piston oil jets. Im looking at the engine to make about 200 - 220hp (flywheel) sustainably with standard internals. Weather through turbo & stock ECU or Stoopercharger development (pullies 1G charger). Ive read a mass of information on the complete 4A-G family of engines however the problem is that much of the info is conflicting. I suppose i could contact Toyota Japan for some official specs.
