shcao Forums Junkie Location: Melbourne Registered: November 2002	Re: Looking at importing a car Sat, 14 June 2003 09:13 good timing too... 1989 marks the earliest 180sx, and silvias have been available since 1988.. so wot does this mean? they are eligible for the 15 y/o scheme... so less compliance $$.. not that it matters much cause these cars are pretty common, and you'll pickup a good deal with current stock... 180sx are about 10k + silvias, depending if it is K, or Q would bet about 7.5k + these cars often have low kms, and a lot are in good condition.. guess they were real popular cars when new.. and demand isn't too high yet. good hot up parts too, and real cheap I might add.. rock on.
