what do you mean by tune? you have to be more specific. and if you need to be explained the difference between carby and EFI your best to let a mechanic 'tune' your car for you as carbies can be quite complicated.
but if by tune you mean service, then even without know much about cars you can do that yourself. theres no point in explaining how to service your car here however, your best bet is to get a workshop manual for your car from haynes or gregories or something like that you will learn ALOT from these books about how to work on your own car.
