Wed, 18 June 2003 02:54 The gradient of that power curve will be an index of acceleration. The slightly bumpy nature suggests variable acceleration at full load. This would feel like the car is stuttering all the way thru acceleration. During a flat throttle acceleration run does your car stutter all the way thru the rev range? If so, you have a problem that needs sorting. If not, ignore the 'bumps'. They are very common when using a chassis dyno. [Updated on: Wed, 18 June 2003 02:55] [Report message to a moderator]
