I think the thing about the 4AGE heads is that they are pretty good as they are, all it requires is a little attention to detail and a nice wild cam, go for adjustable cam sprockets too, this will help you get the most out of your new cams, and even allow you to tune to your wanted drivability.
Any huge sums of money spent on the head are better saved up and spent on forced induction.
