Fri, 20 June 2003 04:29 I usually tap a small screwdriver blade between the housing and the seal. This opens up a gap, and then I tap a larger screwdriver in to open the gap up a bit more. Working your way up in screwdriver size, eventually you can grab some portion of it with some pliers or vice grips and pull it out, or lever it out with a really big screwdriver.
