GA70 is approx 1570 mm across hubface to hubface. It will be a G series diff (check to see that it is LSD). It will have a disc brake rear - end 291 mm ventilated rotors, single piston sliding caliper with an internal drum handbrake 190mm. I bought a complete rear end for about $450 and put the thing to good use in my Hilux rear end.
I can't tell you anything much about the IS200. They have solid rear discs (307 mm I think but check), twin piston caliper with an internal drum handbrake (also 190 mm).
