isnt there a law saying that whenever you're being filmed you need to be aware of it? at least by a written sign otherwise it would be very sneeeky and intrusive. can it be compared to a form of perversion like spying and taking photos of people with phone cameras? i would like to think no one is above the law but it seems that some people are.
