don't know how much this relates to you but there was a new celica at the porcar day last week racing in GT production which is basically stock except exhaust, suspension and safety mods and he was lapping .5 sec slower around QLD raceway (long straights and not many corners) than this VY SS that had the same mods except side dump exhaust that was backfiring flames!
so yeah i was pretty proud of the little FWD Toyota
