I did this in a day by my self.

My head didnt need any work tho...

Simple to do, minimal tools required, but you NEED a torque wrench! Get a Hayes, Gregorys or similar manual and start reading. Much cheaper then doing a whole recondition on the engine if you dont need to.

Get a good head gasket, and take the time to torque the head down correctly! And double check the timing before you turn the engine over! (its easy. should all be in the service manual)
