I spoke to brendon today and invited him to read the post .In fact i offfered to print it out and bring it down to him
Brendon did MY exhaust .and my original twin pipes .
The quality of work was very good .however as i have already suggested spending the extra $$ to get the pipes internally smoothed is worth it .i told Brendon this today and he agreed . Brendon can do this
i also belive that ceramic coating is worth the money too but its not cheap
if your consdiering buying Brendons pipes do it .But get the whole exhaust done using the dumps then an x pipe then twin 3 inch pipes and twin cats to the diff then 3.5 after that or stick with twin or whatever fits

I did not bag Brendon or his work .But i do belive that the newer design is better .In fact ive proven it.
Brendon will be shown the design and MAY choose to make it as well
The final exhaust system on my car has been modified by rx engineerng and lillford exhaust .
Ive tried 4 different muffler combinations .with highest power being achieved using a VERY LOUD JUN BL this was dropped for an oval muffler and a straight through glass packed steel muffler from Lillford .the end result is quiet but very high flowing .Not as much power as jun bl but my wife is happier with the new setup (after all its her car)
after all it did run 8.82 1/8th mile at dubbo with TWO mufflers .one oval, one HUGE round steel rear one .and twin fully intact cats ....hmmmmmm obviously doesnt work
i Believe the work i had done by Brendon showed a good value job .The system can definatley be done better .This is not an indication of Brendons work.but that different designs give different results(i asked for 3 inch mandrel bent )The 3.5 works better .That's it
The MAJORITY of my system that still remains was built by Brendon .But final changes made to the system gave better results .I picked the original design and Lillford changed it ....why he lives 1 klm form where i live .and i wanted to try one of his mufflers ..It worked
Newcastle exhaust did a beautiful job on matts Supra and my latest design was built out of state .they work but the workmanship could be better
I made changes to the design to see what happens .several changes lost power .the final showed a BIG gain .Just a little R and d .ummmm thats how i came up with the twin pipes in the first place
as i said before ANY GOOD EXHAUST SHOP CAN BUILD DUMP PIPES.
Bloody hell its not rocket science they are only dump pipes
There are several versions floating around .the thing is without the rest of the system flowing well .dump pipes wont work
seperate wastegate pipes where tried with a slight power loss .Compared to Brendons
reversing the pipes from the pic above .therfore running the front turbo pipe( on right) almost straight down and removing a bottom bend .gave best results
to the person that obviously rang Brendon to stir shit
your stunt backfired the only persons PISSED OFF by it all was Brendon .But Instead of causing trouble Brendon i actually sorted out a seperate issue....SO THANKS !!!!
next time if you have a problem with my post .first clarify the point then if you have a problem post it or email me or ring me .
