You'd want a head from something had the same bore spacing. You'd then need to see where the head bolt holes would line up, and I'd imagine there might be some tricky business there -potentially it might require head bolt holes in the block being welded closed (cast iron ) and redrilled/tapped. Lining up oil feeds/drainbacks and water galleries might make the whole thing a bit nightmarish. Hello custom head gasket. Cam gears and the crank-cam gear probably wouldn't be too tricky, just exxy to make and fiddly to index. You'd also need to modify/devise a tensioner and find a cam belt to suit. Need to consider valve piston clash and sump modification. Let me know how you go! EDIT - you could make the oil feeds and drain backs external, so then all you'd have to worry about is the water galleries. Welding up holes and milling up new ones.
