phil,
any good metal fabrication or engineering shop should have a profile cutter whether it be computerised or the old style ones which need a very accurate template about 5mm smaller than the actual finished product, the computerised ones are byfar the more accurate & better finished product.
if you have trouble finding one i know of a few workshops up here that have them, not too sure on costs tho, if your interested email me or ill be at the dyno day on sunday more than likely.
