Good customer service: i.e. quick response to all mediums (phone, e-mail, fax, mail)
Knowledgable Staff: It helps when people don't tell you your car doesn't exist (I've been told that by a wrecker)
Good range of Second-hand parts: I bought an A'PEXi boost gauge second hand for a decent price, had a good range (think Hikari)
Support the local guy: There are a lot of Aussie products that are worth a mention (Celicamad's boost control for one)
Decent prices: I'm sick of companies that charge you lots because they can.
Decent freight: eg. Japanese Motorsport charged $200 for freight from Adelaide to Perth for engine, gearbox and wiring...Adelaide Jap charge like $350 for an engine alone.
Basically, if you think along the lines of good customer service, and realistic prices, you're more likely to win respect and repeat custom.
