The dome would need to mirror the shape of the combustion chamber. For example have a look at a set of hi-kickers for a chev or ford motor.
Never seen any off-the-shelf ones for an 18R motor though. They would probably have to be custom made. Waste of time, might as well just get an 18RG.
If you want to raise compression, see how far you can safely shave the head
