turn the engine to 0 degrees or TDC before u take of the timing covers, then do not turn the engine at all.
the cam gears will be marked and will be pointing straight up (there is also a marker on the plate behind the cam pulleys).
take the timing belt off and it will be hard not to turn the cams when taking the cam pulleys off (try to stop the cam from turning when undoing the bolt), when the cam pulley bolt is off re-align the each cam to TDC marking.
be sure that everything stays at TDC while your doing the seals (oilpump and tensioner excepted) and u will be fine
it also helps to have 3 hands when putting the new timing belt on, its not impossible with 2 hands it just easier with 3
