All cam setups will work with EFI the main problem is if you where to use a stock computer that it wont add more fuel and might lean out etc. If you were to use a aftermarket computer you wont have this problem so go for the biggest lumpiest cam As for the Wolf3D I have used the Wolf3D in my Supercharged Hilux and my dads turbo Celica, I am quite happy with them and that I am purchasing the newest computer to put into my Supra.
