OK. 1)For standard lift camshaft the 4K tappet clearence should be intake:0.20mm, exhaust:0.30mm set while HOT. Make sure you follow the correct sequence otherwise it is pointless. 2)Check engine oil. When was it last changed and what grade of oil was it? Recommend to replace oil(if not done recently)reset tappets, check dwell and timing then listen for the noise. 3)Oil leak from starter??? should not be ANY oil here. Recommend $2 can of degeaser from super cheap, then keep an eye out ofr possible source.
