Paint preparation help

Hey guys I have decided to devote the next three weeks of my holidays to sanding down the ke20 rolla. I know this will be a painful process, the car needs to go back through the current coat of 2-pac and 2-pac clear, to get through to the crap acrylic underneath that also needs to be removed (didn’t have a chance to harden), I looked at some past posts and some of my questions have been answered, Some of my questions are different so I made this post relating to my job. I don’t want to go down the paint stripper road as I have had some bad experiences with it entering joins and leading to moisture and rust. It has also burns the crap out of skin and is a shitter of a job.

What is the best way to get back to the original paint? I used 80D? sandpaper and it took me a fair while to get through to the surface I wanted in one isolated area. I will be here till Christmas at this rate! The main question is what type, brand of sandpaper to use? Or is there another tool I should look into? 3m disks etc. The sandpaper clogs too easily.

Another thing it is wrong to get bog wet right? because it absorbs the water and causes it to crack in the future. But once I have applied the primer it should be fine?

I talked to a paintshop and they told me the hassle and toxicity of 2pac application. Is it still pretty toxic when I am sanding it? Should I wear a mask?

Where would I get sandblasting or bead blasting done is S.A/ what price?

I know I have asked many questions and any advice is appreciated (I know this is a task many of you have encountered and probably went mad at some stages )
