I would suggest that this "quantifies" what we already knew...
We (the public) have been mis-lead by the "Road safety Industry" over many years with the "Speed Kills" bullshit, to the point where people now blindly accept the "Speed Kills" message, and it's justification for continually lower speed limits, and comensurately higher fines. Then the Government has the cheek to tell us it isn't revenue raising! *Note to Politicians reading this: "Here sits one person who ISN'T fooled!"*
