Hmmm dont know what the laws are. Ever checked out the pedels on a gti proton. They are metal, no rubber all they got are some grooves. The local cuntstable even tried to get me for a defect item on these pedels but because they were stock, ya know. So i think the case may be is that the pedels would not be deemed legel unless they met or passed ADR or tested for them or some shit like that.
