Pretty much what Grega Said.
It's either the water temp sensor or the CSI time switch.

There is a little time switch which turns of the CSI after 5-10 secs. I am almost certain this is not working. On the 5M it sits down low on the intake manifold, at the front of the thermostat housing. You will need a 24 mm socket to get it off - it has an injector plug and has green and black wires running to it.

The water temp sensor is a smaller unit and it sits near the same place, but more towards the top and back of the thermostat housing. It has a different colored injector plug with yellow and brown wires running to it.

Go to Pick-a-Part and get a couple of each. Swap them over.
