1GGTE rings will be 75mm bore (if you haven't gone oversize with your pistons). You then need to know the ring thickness and depth (I don't know but I'd imagine to comp rings are 2.0mm thick and the oil ring is 4.0mm - you must check this). Preferably go to an engine reconditioner with a piston and ring (as they will know exactly what you need) rather than a suburban ricey parts store (you could potentially be served by a person who has never popped a bonnet).
Here is the ACL online piston ring catalogue....it is a veritable treasure trove of info. If you look at the back you can see the listings for the different rings they have sorted in diameter and ring thickness.
EDIT - looks like it has changed a bit since I last looked.
