ssshhh!
all I've done is cut all the wires that were no longer going to anything (since I pulled out the original ecu)
so I know that thing isn't sending it's signal anywhere.. it just looks important 
also, now that the stock ecu isn't in there, would I be correct in assuming the diagnostic terminals no longer serve any function?
'cause I've found a bunch of spliced wires that go to the diagnostic terminals, the ecu (which is now cut), and somewhere else (haven't explored that far).
as far as my (limited) logic tellsme, I sould be fine to simply remove the diagnostic terminals.
anyone see a problem with that?
