Um ... I do have a switch on the left hand side of the steering wheel however on further investigation, I found out it wasn't connected to anything - it just pops out. Looks like it's a space for additional factory options.
My car came with fog lights but they were disconnected. This appears to be the only place to hook up a switch for that matter ...
