Andrew Vibert from CVAP (sponsor) in Shepparton has complete rear ends with clutch style LSDs for $440. This will get you out of a spot of bother. Rebuilding your Torsen may be very exxy depending on what has blown. Crown wheel and pinion is easy enough, but I suspect the little worm gears in the guts are Toyota specific - ring Toyota and remain seated at all times.
