t25/t28 on to a 3tgte ?

well ive just killed the ct20, im looken @ upgrading and ive found a s15 hiflowed tg25-28 and im wondering who to go to or where to get it fitted>
ive got 2 1/2 intercooler pipen going threw a front mounted GTiR intercooler and a 2 1/2 exhaust now straight threw from the dumpy.
also anyone put a t28 on to a 3tgte what sort of presure is safe with a intercooler and a good ecu. (haltech f10)
