Thu, 10 July 2003 04:05 If it's the std diff in the JZA-70 it will say in the makers badging (under the bonnet, drivers side firewall) what diff/transaxle is in it - such as G299, G285 etc. (I think the Torsen is G299) Refer wwww.supras.nl to convert the code into the diff specs. From memory G is the 8 inch series, and the last number indicates type ie 5 is LSD, (9 is Torsen?). Adelaide Jap wreckers did have JZA-70 diffs for sale (according to their website - wwww.adelaidejap.com.au.) A std LSD was $750 and the Torsen was $1200. Good Luck, Caelum PS Since you have had the car only 1 day - how did the diff go? Were you "just driving along" (famous words from my brother when his Corolla diff "just went bang!" )...
