I'd imagine it'd be fairly hard to fit lengthways...but with $$ anything is possible.
The transmission tunnel would have to be bashed out or made wider and the gearstick would come out a couple of inches further back. The R154 is a BIG bastard! 
I'd imagine it wouldn't be the best for the car in terms of handling having such a big lump of iron so far towards the front...the car would go like an arrow...a lead tipped one mind you...but an arrow in a straight line. It'd take serious suspension work to get it handling respectably.
You'll need a front sump as well to clear the crossmember...umm, I think thats about it. Everyone feel free to add.
