I think a 1G in a Ta22 is quite a task as they are a bit shorter in the nose than the later celica's. The 3T would be a great option for a 22. They are pretty cheap and you can get a fair bit of powet from them. Look at what they were getting on the last Dyno day, 100-200kw at the wheels. Thats heaps for a 22.
