That hexigon thing that is 3" long sticking out of the head, is actualy the top chain tensioner. It has a spring in it for the top chain tension, but also used oil to take up further slack when the engine is running. It is common for this to leak out the middle of the adjuster after a few years. Take it out, and aprat, and replace the O-ring. That will fix it if you know what you are doing. You then need to adjust chain tension again. Need about 1.5mm clearance. Read the manual. This adjuster is common to 18R-G, 2T-G, 2T-GEU and 3T-GTEU engines. Also similar to some 5M engines and things like that. The local parts store will have nothing for you, except the o-ring.

Your oil pressure problem is another problem. Maybe the oil pump is worn out of something, or the bearings are old. You sort of have to rebuild the motor to fix this.
