I'm not a big fan of supercharger setups, because they're often more expensive than a turbo setup (and definitely more expensive if you're starting with a turbo engine), and they're also much less flexible if you want to do mods in future. A well thought-out turbo setup will still have excellent mid-range performance and an acceptable bottom end to go with the screaming top end - the supercharger would only have a significant advantage at very low rpm, which is exactly where you shouldn't be in a T series engine anyway!
And at the end of the day, a turbocharged engine is going to make more power than a supercharged engine, all else being equal. Turbo gets my vote for certain!
If you want to stroke the 2T-GEU, it's a piece of piss if you have a 3T donor engine - just swap the bits over. As for using an 18R-G crank as someone suggested, that's totally not going to happen - R series cranks are not at all compatible with T series blocks!
