I would have nothing against fully recommending the new corrollas to anyone looking to buy a new car in that class, with the stock engine, it does need to get really high in the rev range to hit peak torque (the S15 pulsar SSS gets points over it for this reason) but it is the best all round package you can get. The interior is very clean and comfortable (with the chrome and leather inserts) with lots of room up front but the suspesion setup is unreal, you can hit fairly large speed bumps at 60kmh and you would think you were running over a twig.
