Depends what the motor is like, and what your budget is like! You could pull it apart, XRAY everything, cryo treat all the parts, put it together with new bearings, rings, seals, etc., also throw in some cams and a port job - gotta ask yourself if you really want to spend the money doing this though, and if the engine needs it. Chances are you'd be able to afford a GEN4 3SGE with the money you'd spend on your old one
