You could use RA60 struts in conjuction with longer control arms to correct the camber problem. I know someone who did this in his T18 and it wasn't hard to do, however it did increase the front track width significantly which may cause wheel clearance issues.
The other option is to use shortened RA23 struts and upgrade them with RA60 discs (see my web site) or the Hilux/Pug upgrade (see the tech article).
