If you have the CT26 of a 7M-GTE it will bolt up to your manifold with slight slotting of the holes in the turbo (only a few mm). If it is the twin entry off the 3S-GTE it is a totally different ball game.
I can't remember the specific webpage this info came from, but it did have pics and comparisons of the two turbos. The manifold was also ported out a bit to match the new turbo better.
