From the picture, it looks like a single entry CT26 (7MGTE type) ??
If so, it can be made to fit the 3TGTE exhaust manifold, You need to elongate the mounting holes in the exhaust housing about 5mm outwards, and die grind the outlet from the manifold to match the exhaust inlet of the turbo. Then as Jason said, you're up for a dump pipe, water & oil etc. Leaving the housings as they are will have the outlet pointing the same direction as the original CT20, so you can make your intercooler plumbing from there quite easily.
I can send you pics if you want, I really wish there was a tech section on this website that was updated at least once a year so useful articles with pictures could be added for common topics like this one.
