Nah, you'll have to buy the oil seals...they cost 5-6 each, and they usually don't come with split pins. Check the kit, you might be lucky.
The big castellated nut is the only thing holding the hub on to the stub axle.
You do it up till the hub is 'snug' - hard to define, but basically you want it to freewheel. Grab the top and bottom of the disc and rock it.....there should be no play. If it is too tight, it will not freewheel....leaving it this way will cause the bearing to overheat and seize....off comes the wheel.
On the good-bad continuum, that's bad.
