You dont need an adaptor plate if you are fitting a single entry CT26 Just elongate the holes in the exhaust housing, and port the manifold to match the turbo entry.
Just take a look at the two items, i'm sure you'll figure out that its quite simple to make the turbo fit the manifold, its the other items like water/oil/dumppipe that will require fabrication.
