Hey justin, any injectors will work with aftermarket computers, I am using 3tgte injectors with my MT-4 on my hybrid and she loves it, will soon be adding boost to the mix !
what are yout rying to do ?! why wont it start ?! have you got a basic map for the engine in the ecu to at least get it firing when cranking ?
