Guest	Re: SUPER AWESOME INCREDIBLE DRIFT DAY !!! Mon, 21 July 2003 03:00 It was raining when we went out on the saturday for private practice, so i left my good road tyres on the car. It was very slippery and the car understeered pretty badly (nothing the handbrake and popping the clutch couldnt fix though). However the sunday with the drift tyres on the back it was actually slipprier in the dry, once the tyres were too hot I had to feather the throttle down every straight (2nd and 3rd gear) it was fun to begin with - being able to pendulum the length of every strraight , for the whole length !!- but it was easy to get too adventurous and end up in the middle of the paddock as i did at over 90 kmh. There is nothing to hit though, and only the pride was dented. Even the lowest spoilers are safe here. Matt [Report message to a moderator]
