Agreed, my standard MA61 brakes work very well even when abused on lengthy mountain runs (ie half an hour of absolutely hammering the brakes). For a stock or near stock street-driven Mk2, the existing brakes are more than adequate if properly maintained. If I wasn't in the process of upgrading to a 2JZ-GTE (with up to 400hp on tap as soon as I get it running) I wouldn't be bothering with an upgrade!
