ok, the front engine mount is the easiest one to change. Support the engine with a trolley jack under the flat section of the gearbox casing, unbolt the bolt through the center of the mount, undo the two bolts from below in the crossmember, and lift the mount out of the way. A replacment mount should cost around $70 from Autobarn, or you can get your old mount re-vulcanised with new rubber which will be a lot stronger than any replacment mount. The front mount will always break the little tabs of rubber that hold the center in place, one of the guys I know actually has a letter from Toyota stating that this doesn't effect the performance of the mount, and is not an unroadworthy item (he had RWC issues).
Once you have a replacment mount, put it in place, bolt it in from underneath and throw the center bolt through.
