Most (if not all) F series live rear ends here in Australia are single spinners. You can make an MA61 F series LSD fit. There are a couple of other aftermarket LSD options available (TRD - looks to be discontiniued on their catalogue, TruTrac Torsen - there were some pics of this only a week or 2 ago).
That said for your 4AGE, I'd honestly have thought the T series would be adequate. A friend of mine runs a T series LSD in his 4AGE KE25 track car. No problems after 2 years.
Important: Make sure you baffle the innards so oil doesn't slosh away under hard cornering - this kills the bearings and after one track day, it'll be moaning like a two dollar whore.
