slightly OT...
Clark Rubber sell a aluminium coated, heavy duty, adhesive backed foam insulation that you can use under the bonnet.
I saw some at a Clark Rubber shop in Stafford (BNE) when buyin seat foam and the sales-dude said it suitable for under-bonnet use.
I guess it would make i mess if you have to remove it. Confused
But it would keep heat in the engine bay and cut down on some noise?
