WOW now thats a serious auto cooler!!!!

No issues with pressure from memory the cooler feed line is the return from the torque converter, considering the pressure side is upto 800PSI should not be an issue!

just make shure the hoses are not going to be cut,split,kinked ect ect and theres good hose clamps! one line comes off theres oil everywhere and unless you notice before it slips majorly a dead auto Sad dont ask how i know!

i would also consider a filter on the line i think its GM that make an inline filter like a fuel filter basicly.
