I have no practical experience with this, but it seems that:
Cranking pressure = atmospheric pressure * CR

thus making your problem simple. From the readings you've given, atmospheric pressure is 16.8-16.9psi for both, a bit higher than the 14.7 that's the standard. Maybe it was just a cold cold day.

So 10.0 CR = 168 psi cranking
11.0 CR = 184.8 psi cranking

Hope this makes some sense.

PS, and I think the curve will just be stretched slightly vertically.
