The timing sprocket on my 4a-gze is totally seized on the crank. I have tried just about everything with massive amounts of pulling force, but this thing ain't coming off!

First I tried a simple prybar, no chance. Then a variety of pullers. I managed to get a 3 jaw puller to fit by grinding down the jaws. I had a huge amount of force on it but it didn't budge. I then tried heating it up and using the puller again to no avail until finally one of the jaws broke. I have tried soaking it with wd40 and leaving it overnight. I have hacked away at a section of the skirt around the sprocket as you can see in the picture to get a bigger two jaw puller onto it, however it kept slipping off.

I don't know how this thing is going to come off, most pullers don't work since there is 2/3rds of 5/8ths of fuck all to get the jaws onto. I have since had to put it all back together to get the car back on the road again.

Anyone have any suggestions? Engine out then drilling/grinding? I'm a bit scared of risking damage to the crank.
